Diamond shutters have recently been back to our house to adjust shutters slightly after works completed. Helpful, punctual and did the job properly Thank you 😊 Seriously good company and product. I would highly recommend. We had Diamond Shutters installed front & back circa 10 years ago when we first moved into our home. I called them yesterday (03.05.22) to ask if they'd come back and re-fix one of them; this was after constant vibration from the road outside, which had shook some of the fixings loose. Today, James turned up (04.05.22), took his shoes off without being asked and did the required work. If only I could find the equivalent to Diamond shutters for other trades!! After a bad experience in the past with another company, I decided to go with Diamond Windows shutters Kent, the owner and the rest of the team they look after me and they deliver my beautiful shutters a month before the deadline! Really good quality and the fitters did a great job, they work nice and clean. I really recommend them!!
Second time I have used Diamond shutters. We moved to the new house and it was no question who we would be using to do our shutters. We had shutters installed in all the front windows upstairs and downstairs. Called and made an immediate appointment and came out quickly, quote was done there and then. Shutters came back earlier than the 12 weeks and were fitted quickly. The fitting team were timely, professional, clean and tidy. The ladies in the office are lovely too. Always friendly to talk to and happy to help. Faultless service from start to finish.

One of the main things we chose Diamond Shutters was the competitive price, however the service was also very good. It was quick and easy to arrange a quote and was talked through the different material options, colour and mechanisms available. The wait for the shutters to be made was slightly long (8-12weeks), but once they arrived, installation was arranged very quickly. Installation itself was also super fast and I am very happy with the quality of the work. Shout out to the 2 installers as well - super polite and even took their shoes off upon entering. 100% would recommend.

Wow, we are absolutely blown away by the quality of our new blinds. I don't know how we existed so long without them. They look great, fit perfectly, and keep our room warmer, So easy to use and adjust too, allow us to sleep in longer with no light seeping round the edges of ill fitting roller blinds. What's not to love. Everything went to plan, from ordering, measuring, to fitting. Fitters very clean workers and efficient. We were also very happy at the cost. Thank you Diamond shutters.
Knew of Diamond Shutters given they are local. Had friends and family use Diamond Shutters, with high recommendations. Very impressed with Diamond Shutters and is competitively priced. Professional from start to finish. Took circa 10 weeks for the shutters to arrive (large window and large bay window), date in the diary was very efficient. James and Daniel turned up just before 8am, as agreed, and fitted them in in under two hrs. Very tidy. Would highly recommend.

The guy who came round to measure was really friendly and helpful and they guy who fitted it in for me was also lovely and gave advice and how to look after and clean them. Dealing with Diamond Shutters was very smooth from start to finish. On installation the installer noticed a tiny chip in one of the shutters and straight away promised to replace it, which they did and didn’t request final payment until it was done. The shutters look great too

After seeing an eye catching video on Instagram, we decided to get a quote from Diamond Shutters. We’ve just had two bay windows fitted with Cafe style solid shutters. They were reliable and everything and everyone came at the time stated. All members of staff from the office to the fitters really pleasant and helpful. The shutters have been fitted to all three windows at the front of our house and we are delighted with them. They are a great addition to our property.
Over the last few years we have used Diamond Shutters to do not only our house but also my mothers home. Prior to installing our first shutters, we spoke to a few installers, ranging from sole traders to some nation wide companies. Nationwide installers really only cared about the sale, sadly the sole traders we spoke to never really followed up after the visit, as we didn't have straight forward requirements, and could clearly see we are demanding customers looking for 1st class customer service and quality workmanship. Diamond deliver on all aspects - simply 1st class !

A delightful company to work with, they came and measured up, explaining everything along the way. Guided us through the various different options and even entertained our visit to their showroom. Once the shutters were shipped and arrived with them they were straight on the phone to book the fitting. The fitting itself was a smooth and sleek process. I am so pleased with our new shutters. They are of a very high quality and were fitted expertly by the fitters at Diamond Shutters. I was also very impressed by the measurement service at the start of the process - everything fitted perfectly - and the office team who were always very friendly and efficient.
The whole process from start to finish was seamless. We were told at the outset that it would be three months from placing the order to them being fitted, and this was the case. The two fitters contacted me to let me know when they would arrive on the fitting day and they were finished within 3 hours. They left no rubbish, were extremely courteous and appreciated the offer of a coffee! If you are looking for a shutter company then I would certainly recommend them.
