Second time I have used Diamond shutters. We moved to the new house and it was no question who we would be using to do our shutters. We had shutters installed in all the front windows upstairs and downstairs. Called and made an immediate appointment and came out quickly, quote was done there and then. Shutters came back earlier than the 12 weeks and were fitted quickly. The fitting team were timely, professional, clean and tidy. The ladies in the office are lovely too. Always friendly to talk to and happy to help. Faultless service from start to finish.

Wow, we are absolutely blown away by the quality of our new blinds. I don't know how we existed so long without them. They look great, fit perfectly, and keep our room warmer, So easy to use and adjust too, allow us to sleep in longer with no light seeping round the edges of ill fitting roller blinds. What's not to love. Everything went to plan, from ordering, measuring, to fitting. Fitters very clean workers and efficient. We were also very happy at the cost. Thank you Diamond shutters.
Knew of Diamond Shutters given they are local. Had friends and family use Diamond Shutters, with high recommendations. Very impressed with Diamond Shutters and is competitively priced. Professional from start to finish. Took circa 10 weeks for the shutters to arrive (large window and large bay window), date in the diary was very efficient. James and Daniel turned up just before 8am, as agreed, and fitted them in in under two hrs. Very tidy. Would highly recommend.

Diamond shutters have recently been back to our house to adjust shutters slightly after works completed. Helpful, punctual and did the job properly Thank you 😊 Seriously good company and product. I called them yesterday (03.05.22) to ask if they'd come back and re-fix one of them; this was after constant vibration from the road outside, which had shook some of the fixings loose. After a bad experience in the past with another company, I decided to go with Diamond Windows shutters Kent, the owner and the rest of the team they look after me and they deliver my beautiful shutters a month before the deadline! Really good quality and the fitters did a great job, they work nice and clean. I really recommend them!!
One of the main things we chose Diamond Shutters was the competitive price, however the service was also very good. It was quick and easy to arrange a quote and was talked through the different material options, colour and mechanisms available. The wait for the shutters to be made was slightly long (8-12weeks), but once they arrived, installation was arranged very quickly. Installation itself was also super fast and I am very happy with the quality of the work. Shout out to the 2 installers as well - super polite and even took their shoes off upon entering. 100% would recommend.

Love the shutters! They have completed the look of my new kitchen and let soo much light in and love that they’re pure white too. The guy who came round to measure was really friendly and helpful and they guy who fitted it in for me was also lovely and gave advice and how to look after and clean them. Would defo recommend diamonds shutters and would also use them again in the future.

Had 3 shutter companies in to supply quotations for 2 x 7-panel bay windows, a bathroom window and folding, 4-panel, full height doors for the living room. We chose Diamond Shutters because Richard, our surveyor, made us aware of the different types of doors available, which none of the others did, and also pointed out the differences to look for across all 3 -companies products. The fitters installed the shutters today and were polite, respectful and extremely proficient at their job. The shutters look amazing. I would have no problem asking Diamond shutters back as and when we get the rest of the house installed, nor any problem with putting their name forward if asked. Well done!

We were very pleased with the service received from Diamond Shutters. The quote was very reasonable and the quality of the shutters is excellent. The salesman was very knowledgeable and not in the slightest pushy. Very helpful that they could install on a Saturday so didn’t need to take time off work. The guys fitted the shutters quickly and left every room spotless. Five year guarantee too. I would definitely recommend this company.

Dealing with Diamond Shutters was very smooth from start to finish. On installation the installer noticed a tiny chip in one of the shutters and straight away promised to replace it, which they did and didn’t request final payment until it was done. The shutters look great too

The whole process from start to finish was seamless. We were told at the outset that it would be three months from placing the order to them being fitted, and this was the case. The two fitters contacted me to let me know when they would arrive on the fitting day and they were finished within 3 hours. They left no rubbish, were extremely courteous and appreciated the offer of a coffee! If you are looking for a shutter company then I would certainly recommend them.

Really pleased we went with this company on the recommendation from a friend. We had shutters installed more cheaply in a previous house, and although they were fine, these are definitely a better quality product. Very good experience on the measuring up, admin and fitting. We had to wait a few months for installation, but that's normally what you get with quality companies in my experience. Recommended.

Really pleased we went with this company on the recommendation from a friend. We had shutters installed more cheaply in a previous house, and although they were fine, these are definitely a better quality product. Very good experience on the measuring up, admin and fitting. We had to wait a few months for installation, but that's normally what you get with quality companies in my experience. Recommended.
This is our second house using Diamond Shutters, they are superb for workmanship and cannot fault them. Courteous, tidy and organised. The house looked like they hadn't been when they left and the shutters magically appeared. Would definitely recommend time and again.
